Hello! We are looking for a party wall surveyor to deal with rear extension.
Could anyone recommend a reliable and not too expensive one, who would have good diplomacy skills to deal with our neighbours?

How far along with the party process are you, have you served notices on your neighbour or are you at the very beginning?

We actually cap our fees unlikely the majority of party wall surveyors which stops an hourly charge adding up. The majority of surveyors fees in London can be anywhere from £100-£150+VAT per hour.
