Architects & Project Managers!

Hello!
we've been spending time figuring out what to do to our side return and kitchen extension, and are now looking for the right combination of architect/project manager to get us on the road, starting with drawings/planning. Does anyone have any recommendations? it's really quite overwhelming!

Good afternoon,

I have come across your question in regards of your project i've just finished my house similar works before Christmas.
I used a design & build company they took care of everything i was left with very little to do i'm pleased with the results.
Good company mite be worth it to have a chat with them.

Hi, try andy at runprojects.co.uk (07980544809). He is a local chartered surveyor and runs a project management company. They have lots of builders, architects etc and have successfully completed lots of local projects. Also Unlike most architects and project managers they charge a standard fee as opposed to a percentage fee with the aim of giving their clients good value for money. Good luck

Happy for you to call my project manager for the building team I use. I have lots of houses in London and the borough of Wandsworth that I have done side returns and also lofts on over the last five years and I use a team that get the plans drawn up (it's really not complicated I promise your - but then I have done it many times over with the same team!) and then they will do the extension for you. They are the best price that I have been able to find and planning/building side returns is their bread and butter business - so you are in safe hands! Call 07966 476862.
