Hello all,

we 're looking into extending our apartment to the side. We have already a read extension and we're not sure if we're allowed to do the side return.
We would highly appreciate if someone could recommend a good architect who knows well the regulations of Lambeth so we don't waste time & have a permit granted as quickly as possible.

Hi Adeline,

We used Granit http://www.granit.co.uk/ as our architects. I highly recommend them.

Then we used APT Renovation http://www.aptrenovation.co.uk to do the building work. The whole project was pretty much seamless. - Well as seamless as a massive building extension can be anyway! haha

Yes, we used Green Life Contractors for our extension and loft conversion last year! We are so happy with our new big kitchen and extra bedroom!
