Hi,[font]I am an architect looking for a flat or house near to Battersea/Clapham to be closer to my daughter’s new school.[/font][font]I have an attractive, newly refurbished 3 bed Victorian terraced house with garden in Bermondsey SE1, within walking distance of the City, Tower Bridge and close to Canary Wharf. It is rentable for £2,500 pcm excl. bills.[/font][font]Unfortunately if I rent out my property I will be taxed on this income, and will not be able to afford to rent a similar property. I am therefore looking to swap properties for a period of 12 months or longer.
