I am an architect looking for a flat or house near Battersea to be closer to my daughter’s school. I own an attractive, newly refurbished 3 bed Victorian terraced house in Bermondsey, within walking distance of the City, Tower Bridge and close to Canary Wharf.I am looking to swap properties for a period of 12 months or longer.
