HOW TO DISPLAY YOUR TV AND HIDE ALL THE CABLES

Postby gw cabinetry » Tue Sep 18, 2018 12:51 pm

Hi everyone  I’m a small Battersea based cabinet company, undertaking projects like Wardrobes, Alcove Cupboards, Media Cabinets and so on. I specialise in giving my clients a personal service, tailor making each piece of furniture to suite their home and personality while making the most of the available space. I like to think I have good taste and will go the extra mile to create something beautiful for your home. Many of my customers come to me with TV issues. They are big, ugly and messy. With the average size of a TV now much larger than they were five years ago many of us have trouble placing them in our home. They have messy cables lying around the children have games consoles and numerous things linked up to them as well as all the other odds and ends that seem to accumulate when were relaxing on the sofa.
A bespoke media cabinet can transform your TV room. Providing you with much needed storage, a space to display the TV neatly as well as adding decorative features like lighting or even your favourite piece of art.
I wanted to show you three completely different project I designed and built, that may help you decided what to do when remodelling your TV room.  Project 1: Children’s play room. The brief: lots of storage, lighting, mounted TV, Traditional in style but didn’t want it to look old fashioned. Project 2: Family room:The brief: Lots of storage, mounted TV, display area, contemporary style.Project 3: Small apartment:The brief: Hidden storage behind two doors that close over the TV. Lighting, Display area, Contemporary style.  I am currently working on a corner media cabinet in a luxury apartment. Im adding large brass panels that will be light up displaying art and unusual objects. My client wanted something striking, a statement piece. I really love designing new pieces for my customers and helping them transform their homes.  Please check out my website for more great projects or on my Instagram for recent posts.  ThanksGary All designed and built by GW Cabinetry.Bridging the gap between carpentry and interior design. www.gwcabinetry.com
