Just wondering if anyone out there can recommend their reasonably-priced, diligent solictor to take care of a straight-forward lease extension?

If you can wait a couple of years, it may be much cheaper and easier - the Law Commission is currently looking into Leasehold Reform - bringing it into the modern ages! Once the government is finished we should have a more fair system for leaseholders, and stop being cash cows for landlords and managing agents.
