Lansdell Suite - consultants

Hi all,

it's the first time I post here, my husband and I recently bought a place in Clapham and are having work done before we relocate. I hope to write/contribute often from now on! This is great site.

To add to the excitement, I just discovered I am 5 weeks pregnant and would like to see if anyone had recommendations on consultants and the Lansdell Suite. In particular, I would like to hear if anyone has feedback on Ms Gray, Mr Kunde or Mr Pasupathy, who seem to be less well reviewed than some of the others, who as I understand also tend to get booked up more quickly.

Hi Diana - congratulations on your pregnancy!

I used the Landsell Suite, under Eugene Oteng-Ntim. I have not met any of the others, although I believe Mr Kunde works closely with Eugene. The Landsell Suite was a lovely experience, and Eugene was great.

Hope you get your first choice!

I had a c section under Eugene in 2012 and plan to use him again for my second child.

Dr Gray is fantastic, really sweet and genuine. She delivered my daughter by CS in March. She and Dr Pasupathy are also lecturers for the medical school and very well regarded.

Our second child was delivered by Dr Pasupathy. He is absolutely wonderful - deals with all questions and concerns in a very articulate and comprehensive way, fantastic bedside manner, genuinely kind and caring and clearly extremely competent. I certainly felt very well looked after by Dr Pasupathy throughout my pregnancy, the birth and post-birth. I had a c-section (but I hear Dr Pasupathy has an excellent reputation for natural births also) and the whole theatre experience was extremely positive. The theatre staff clearly take their tone from the obstetrician and everyone was very efficient yet relaxed. The Lansdell staff were, on the whole, very good also.

Hi,

I've also used Eugene and he was great and the team at the Lansdell is awesome! Great experience.

I am also the official photographer at the Lansdell Suite so most of my clients come from there and I can put you in contact with them if you need feedback on the other consultants.
