Please remember to lock your cars

We came home after a long bank holiday away and found our car glovebox etc had been searched by thieves. We don't keep anything in the car so they only left with a phone charger. No damage thankfully. We'll be double checking the car is locked from now on, others may wish to do same.

This happened to us at similar time. Husband jacket is gone and few more things. Not a good feeling!!!
Yes, please ensure to lock your car however busy occupied you are!!

If you lock the car with clothing inside a thief will smash the window. They'll also smash it to check the glovebox; someone did a row of 10 cars in our street a few years ago.
Best is to leave glovebox open (empty of valuables of course!) so that they see it and just pass by.
