Want to learn boxing, get fit and lose weight in a fun and social environment?

Boxing is a great way to get into a consistent exercise regime.  It's so much fun you will forget you are working out!  

We believe boxing makes you better!  Not just fitter but more confident, more energetic and just happier  :D

Our beginner's programme runs monthly with flexible course options. 
Cost is £150 for 12 sessions over 4 weeks 
Course A Mon and Wed at 8pm and Sat at 10am 
Course B Tues and Thurs at
8pm and Sat at 10am 
Course C Mon, Wed and Fri at 10.30am
