You are very welcome to try a free pilates class at our studio to see if that helps your back pain. We have drop in classes during the day, evening and weekends and our 7pm Tuesday & Wednesday & 10.15am Saturday classes are taught by men. Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
and I can send you the class times - we have 9 a week but will be adding 2 more a week from June so hopefully something suits. It's very relaxed - classes are generally 10-12 with a couple of men joining as well.
