Recommendation for adviser on administration of trust fund Post Reply

Hi

Can anyone please suggest a solicitor or tax adviser who specialises in the administration of simple family will trusts? We have a financial adviser but we’d like clear expert advice on our tax obligations and how best to administer the trust moving forward. It is a small trust fund so we can’t afford city rates.

I can recommend Hunters in Lincoln's Inn but I am afraid that I don't know what their current rates are.

Hunters are good but if they are too pricey for your budget then you could try Russell-Cooke in Putney, or go slightly further afield and try Cripps or Stevens & Bolton who are both good firms in Kent. All of them are very good at trusts.
