12 Weeks Shred Program

This is the Ultimate Personal Training Package for those who want to make a commitment and investment in themselves. 
Most people on this program drop 10-24lbs and feel stronger, fitter and have a lot less aches and pains. 
This is 2-3 times a week training and covers in depth coaching, rehabilitation, program design, supplementation for you to get you the ultimate body transformation. Each session is 60 minutes. 
Training takes places at your home or outside. We can use kettlebells, battling ropes, swiss ball, boxing, bodyweight conditioning, do pilates, use power bags and do whateber you want as am trained in most things. plus I can offer you sports massage to help with aches and pains too.

I put on weight during my pregnancy now on postnatal stage I feel so much better! since training with Jamie Lloyd after giving birth.

He helped me with nutrition advice and I am now a stone lighter thanks to him!

I highly recommend him as a trainer he is great as he gets you results!🤗💪🏼
