At 12 Rounds Boxing, we run term time Boxing courses for beginner and experienced kids teaching boxing skills and introducing fitness in a fun and safe environment. Our beginner and intermediate courses are non contact, and technique is practised on punch bags only.
Boxing is a great all-round sport and will help improve your childs fitness, confidence, strength, focus and co-ordination.

6 - 10 yr olds
All levels - Wednesdays 5pm
11 -15 yr olds
Beginners - Fridays 5pm
Experienced - Mondays 5pm
All levels - Tuesdays 5pm
