Here at Busylizzy Clapham & Battersea we run amazing fitness classes for expectant mums and we'd love to offer you a free trial of one of them.
Suitable from 14 weeks, our classes lay the foundation for an active and fit pregnancy by focusing on developing your strength and stamina and preparing your body for the big day. Classes are available both locally and online via Zoom all as part of your monthly membership.
Our Prenatal Stretch & Strengthen class takes place on a Thursday evening at 6.45pm and our prenatal yoga class takes place on a Saturday morning at 9am. Both classes take place in the lovely top floor studio at Fresh Ground, Battersea Rise, SW11 1EQ, a short walk from Clapham Junction station.
