Wandsworth refusal on Springfield overturned by the Deputy Mayor of London

The Deputy Mayor of London has overruled Wandsworth Council's decision and granted permission for 449 new homes at the Springfield Village development in Tooting! 🏗️
The new plans will increase the total number of homes to 1,288, despite previous concerns over overdevelopment and encroachment on open land.
