I’m Chris, the owner of TC Fitness, a small fitness studio in Tooting (literally right next to Tooting Bec Station). As a dad of two (with a third on the way!), I know how important—and challenging—it can be to stay active and feel your best during and after pregnancy.
That’s why the studio is now offering post/pre-natal fitness sessions every Monday morning at 10:30AM, led by our expert trainer, Sarah. Sarah specialises in helping mums and mums-to-be stay strong, healthy, and confident throughout their journey.
These small-group sessions are designed to:
- Support your body during pregnancy or recovery.
- Build strength and stability to handle the demands of motherhood.
- Help you feel more energised and connected to your body.
- Offer a safe, welcoming space to work out with other mums and mums-to-be.
- When: Mondays at 10:30 AM
- Where: TC Fitness Studio, Tooting Bec
- Cost: £20 per session
- Babies and toddlers welcome!
