Does anyone know what is going on with M&S at Clapham South? They no longer seem to be a destination for online collections and returns.

I saw a sign outside saying they’re closing for a renovation this weekend and opening up again in spring

Yes I first realised something was odd when the website would only allow me to pick up at CJ store. When I checked opening times it was supposed to be closed last week then open this week then closed again next week. So things have shifted because it was open last week. There's supposed to be a new branch opening in Clapham High St but hoping CS doesn't close and it is just a refurb.

I popped in on Friday and it was closing for refurb 4pm Saturday. Closed for the next 3 weeks.

They are having a refurb and closed their clock and collect facility on 31 January 2024. I was due to collect a parcel from the store but it had been re-directed to M&S in Clapham Junction. Poor comms and it was left to me to trace the whereabouts of my missing parcel.
