Men's Suit Alterations Post Reply

My hubby has lost lots of weight and the suits he bought in January are now falling off him! Does anywhere know of somewhere which could take the trousers in? He doesn't want to use the local drycleaners as he's worried they won't do a good enough job (very expensive suits!) but equally doesn't really want to go back to Savile Row and pay the price of the suit again! Any help would be most appreciated.

It's worth checking with the original tailors whether it would be costly. In my (limited) experience (with a make-to-measure Saville Row suit rather than full bespoke), they emphasised that I should come back if my shape changed in future, and the implication was this wouldn't cost extra.
