hiring a hall for a birthday party. location suggestions?

hi all - i am looking for a venue to hold a birthday party for a 5 year old in May - about 20- 25 children - a hall of sorts in Richmond or Kew area (or even Twickenham). Often use St Luke's in Kew but it is busy on the date i need. any suggestions? if it had outdoor space bonus but not essential. thank you!

What about the Clarendon Room or the Hyde Room at York House in Twickenham?

Little fishes is great for party hire I hear. This is in Hampton hill. Look it u p on net mums. I go every week and the boys love it.
