I know this is nothing to do with NappyValley but I hope it is ok in chat.

I can't believe that people are allowed to keep dogs that are boderline killers. I am just wondering whether my elder daughter can start walking home from school on her own and then you hear about stories like this

I am not an animal hater but it makes me want to put them all those dogs down.
