I run a class to get ready for the arrival of your 2nd baby (3rd timers welcome too..). Grouped by due date, area and age gap to meet fellow parents in the same position, with an email introduction to other local parents after the class as well to extend the social group even further.
We go through ways of coping with two with lots of practical tips at mealtimes, bed and bath time including how to feed your baby and entertain your older one, jealously, telling your child about the baby, and also a reminder of newborn care - looking in particular at sleep, routines and feeding.
Here are some local class dates which are currently being held on Zoom (which means dads can join without getting a baby-sitter) over 2 evenings at 7.30pm, until allowed to meet in person again. If you can't see a date that suits, please ask as I can add new dates.
