If you're getting ready for the arrival of your 2nd baby, I run a group class looking at all the practical aspects of having two children with tips for mealtimes, jealously, bed and bath time including how to feed your baby and entertain your older one, and a reminder of newborn care - looking in particular at sleep, routines and feeding.

Here are some local class dates, starting at 7.30pm

My midwife recommended the Holliday Tyson prenatal videos on YouTube, which I found useful and low-effort for my second pregnancy (3 videos, each under an hour).

I felt unprepared for the intensity of my first birth, so I did a bit more hypnobirthing techniques, listened to a ton of birth story podcasts, and did pelvic floor physio. My partner also reread The Birth Partner.
