Hi all, is there a local architect that people can vouch for these days? Particularly with some basement plans experience? Definitely keen to manage the costs on the planning aspect so reasonable fixed fee architects.

I used home tales London who were excellent although I'm not sure they do basements. I got a quote from plus rooms who seemed very good and I think did basements but they were eye wateringly expensive x

They are not as expensive as the branding might suggest and just get planning done with no drama.
