Introducing our Boxing Fundamentals Course!
What sets us apart? We believe in a nurturing approach. Unlike other gyms, we won't throw you into the deep end with seasoned fighters, leaving you to "sink or swim." We know that people learn best and flourish when they feel safe. That's why our Fundamentals Course is designed for YOU, whether you're new to the sport or looking to get back in the ring after a hiatus.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll build your fitness and learn boxing techniques from the ground up, alongside a fantastic group of fellow beginners.
By the end of this journey, you won't just be competent in basic techniques; you'll be CONFIDENT to join our more advanced classes.
Our diverse community spans ages 16 to 65, with members of all genders, shapes, and fitness levels. We truly believe that boxing is for everyone, and we're committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment.
