We at the Wandsworth based office of care company, Home Instead, are looking for a part time bookkeeper to join our exceptional team.
The successful individual will be working closely with the Senior Managers and field based employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to work one day a week on a flexible basis. The hours and days are to be agreed, but could possibly lead to full time at later stage. The position is office based.
Job description:
Produce and issue bi monthly invoices
Produce and issue monthly payroll
Access/Xero experience is preferable
Processing payments, invoices, receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases
Reconciliations
Managing employee expense claims
Credit control
Liaising with clients and carers
Assisting and reporting to the Head of Care
Using both Excel and in-house IT Systems
Specification:
Previous experience working in a similar role
Have a proactive approach and want to work in a small team
Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
Strong organisational/time management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
