Hi, I’m Derek, a Personal Trainer working in the Clapham area and welcome to my new business - Strength & Mobility Personal Training, London.
At SMPT London, my mission is to get you to your personal best, by educating and motivating you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
I specialise in lower back pain, injury prevention, strength training, advanced kettlebells and lifting techniques. As well as 1-2-1 support and specialist fitness & nutrition tips, you'll get a workout tailored to your needs.
Whether you're new to the game or a pro looking for some extra motivation and structure, at SMPT London I am here to help.
Currently training at the IN2Crossfit gym, which has great facilities for Personal Training on a 121 basis or in small groups and is conveniently located in Clapham North, London.

I am currently offering complimentary taster sessions to give the members of NappyValley an opportunity to see the facilities and take part in a small fitness test to assess your current fitness level.
