FREE Pregnancy Yoga Course
A six week course designed for mums to be to help build towards a wonderful, happy, healthy experience of pregnancy, and the delivery of happy, healthy babies. This course is part of the accreditation process for a postgraduate diploma course for the Yoga teacher and as such is offered at a cost that will cover the expenses of the venue hire only. CONDITIONS FOR PARTCIPCATION
Ladies wising participate must be happy and willing to be case studies. Their identities will of course remain anonymous and the information provided remain confidential and only be used as part of the assignment to be submitted.
In terms of what will be required from the participants it will not be too intrusive – I am required to observe, make notes and write comments on the subjects progress with and using yoga over the six weeks as well as documenting what I know about the subjects background (e.g. age, no. of pregnancies, no of children, marital status, experience of yoga, background home environment, medical background (health questionnaire).) All participants will also be required to provide feedback on the course, my teaching and on me at the end of the six weeks.
