Live-out Housekeeper/Nanny required from September

I am looking for a live-out housekeeper/nanny to start in September - 35 hours/week (2 full days and 3 mornings).

We live between the Commons near Clapham South tube. The children (will be) 4.5 (in school), 2.5 (in part time nursery) and newborn (due October).
