How and when to return to exercise after birth - Post-Natal Workshop

Hi Mums and mums to be,

Im running a workshop to help you through your post-natal recovery of tummy, pelvic floor and whole body. Im a physiotherapist and specialise in pregnancy and post-natal exercise.

I will take you through how to protect and heal your body in weeks 0-6, how to introduce and strengthen your body weeks 6-12, and how to progress your strength and return to your exercise and pre-pregnancy strength from 12 weeks.

I find info for mums to rehabilitate well and full, and take care of themselves is limited. So I have worked with The NCT and Buggyfit UK to develop safe and effective postpartum recovery programs.

If you are suffering with pelvic floor complications, tummy muscle separation or just want to ensure you are in the best shape possible after your baby arrives this workshop is for you.
