Sedbergh School

The school operates as a charity overseen by a board of governors and has recently merged with Casterton School, which now serves as the Sedbergh Preparatory School. This merger has allowed for the construction of a new girls’ house and has increased the proportion of female students. Additionally, a new sports center is under development, and the school has initiated a joint project with the University of Cumbria to create a Centre for Advanced Technology and Science.
