Ark Bolingbroke Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18 and part of Ark, a leading education charity and one of the country’s top-performing academy operators.

This year’s exam results were no different, with exceptional GCSE results including 90% of all grades achieved at 4+ compared to the national of 67.4%; nearly 30% of all grades at 9/8 compared to the national average of 12.1%; and 48% of all grades at 7+ compared to the national average of 21.7%.
The school’s sixth formers also excelled: nearly 40% of all A-level entries were awarded the top A*-A against the national average of 27%; almost 2/3 of all A-level entries were awarded the A*-B against the national average of 53%; and 85% of students were awarded the A*-C grade versus a national picture of 76%. Some 18 students scored straight A*A or Distinction*.
