Half term round-up, Illuminature at London Wetlands and the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park: Your What’s On activity guide from NappyValleyNet!

Last Updated on : 14th October 2021

Dear NappyValleyNetter,

Welcome to your weekly What’s On from NappyValleyNet!

Half term. Two weeks for some, one for others. Perhaps a break for freedom overseas, or maybe a staycation at home or away. Whatever form it takes, it’s a change of pace for all, especially the teens who will make the most of sleeping hours, but not so much for the little ones who always seem to wake without either alarm or a hollering parent, be it at weekends, high days or holidays. Keep in touch with all that’s on via our What’s On calendar (read more).

If you’re considering a move, we have a property section brought to you with PrimeLocation and four local agents you’ll know well. Search via postcode, price or primary school catchment zone, handy if you’re thinking schools (read more).

Take a look at these four homes from our Preferred Property Partners

For sale with Portico is a one-bedroom garden flat in a period conversion close to Clapham South, with high ceilings, plenty of original features and a great sense of light and space, including a large reception room and an eat-in kitchen opening onto a pretty patio garden (read more).

For rent with John Thorogood is a 4-bedroom house on a very popular road ‘Between the Commons’ and running directly off Clapham Common West Side, with an innovative ground floor layout, a spacious and open-plan feel to the living areas and bi-fold doors opening onto a south-facing garden (read more).

For sale with Rampton Baseley is a 2-bedroom apartment in a sought-after location just a stone’s throw from Clapham Common in a secure, gated courtyard, designed with modern living in mind on the first floor of a unique Victorian building and with a great sense of light and space throughout (read more).

For sale with Marsh & Parsons is a 3-bedroom Victorian house on an extremely popular residential street in Brixton, refurbished to a high standard with a good mix of original and contemporary features including a bespoke kitchen opening onto a pretty garden and a principal suite covering the entire top floor (read more).
