Italian Mafia use SW12 restaurant. Father /daughter hair tutorial. Very dodgy builder?

Last Updated on : 10th December 2018
Italian mafia

Dear NappyValleyNetter,

In the nine years we’ve been running NappyValleyNet I thought I’d read it all. But news in this week (read more) that a leading Italian mafia family had been using a popular SW12 restaurant to help launder their ill-gotten gains is a definite first.

I’m just glad I’d never complained to the manager in the years that “family” was in charge!

Here is what you’ve been talking about this week on NappyValleyNet…

Sticking with restaurants, M. would love your suggestions for a restaurant to feed a crowd with a mix of children and adults – maybe even outside of SW London! (read more) If anyone suggests a Berni Inn they’re banned for life!

S. is really frustrated with the council and asks if you have any experience of escalating a claim – which channels are best, she asks? (read more)

P. asks if you have any experience of ice-skating lessons at the Streatham rink? (read more) Oooh you could be the next Torvill or Dean. Or Orville.

D. has posted about mobile phone coverage ‘Between the Commons’ and it seems she’s worked out which is best! Hmmm after the week O2 have had I think best to give them a swerve too! (read more)

And we’ve been loving spreading the joy, one day at a time. So far nine happy winners and counting…(read more).

We had a fab meet-up at Fresh Ground last week where we grown-ups drank coffee and the little ones were free to roam with Happy Tots. And we all went home with a goodie bag from The Lemon Tree, so happiness all around! Thank you to everyone involved! (read more)

And it looks like lost items are like buses, we’ve got three at once!
