Milia removal

Postby FLH03 » Fri Oct 10, 2014 11:10 am

Hello, my son has milia (raised white bumps/spots) round his eyes and is now quite self conscious about them since becoming a teenager.

Can anyone please recommend a medical aesthetician, or extremely good beauty therapist, to remove them, or help by sharing their own experience. It's not something I can do and I don't want him you tubing it himself, so he does need a professional.

I am taking this up with the GP, the first one suggested an acne cream, but 1) it's out of stock everywhere and 2) another GP there has said that is not the right diagnosis or approach, but I am waiting for another appointment…hmmmn separate debate..

NVNetters always have helpful useful advice and answers.

Thanks

Pop in and have a chat with Diane at the Lemon Tree.
She does quite a few teenage facials and is absolutely lovely.

We use this place

http://www.eudelo.com/aesthetic-dermato ... blemishes/

They do proper extractions - we had some white spots removed and a couple of big blackheads

Expensive though

I can recommend Cosmetica London in Balham. Dr Mica is lovely and Harley Street credentials.
