Private Event Space to fit 70 people; Semi-Formal Occassion

Looking to hire a room that will fit 70 people for a semi-formal celebration (drinks and DJ.) Ideally in Kensington, Chelsea or the Battersea/Clapham area.

I recently hired the basement room at Source in Ransome's Dock, Battersea, for my 40th birthday celebrations. It's a really great space with a bar, 'lounge' area and ample space for dancing... My guests loved it!
