Story below from the Guardian about the perils of paying people to take rubbish away who don't dispose of it properly

A builder from Tooting is one of the men fined after rubble, debris and construction materials were found dumped on Tooting Common.

Leonard Panxhy, 37, was working on a house in Moring Road, which he had just purchased and Lavender Hill Magistrates' court heard that he had paid a man with a van to take the waste away.
