Children’s conker collections are overflowing and we’ve all started kicking leaves around the Commons (oh, the romance..)!  I’m sure I’m not the only one to have been caught out by plummeting night-time temperatures and it is getting dark so early..But never fear, NappyValleyNet is, as ever, brimming with ideas of how to entertain you and yours.  And don’t forget to add your events, classes, fairs and get-togethers to our fab calendar (click here).  It’s the place to be!

It’s a bumper weekend of local and London goings-on – don’t miss out!

Wooo hoo!  The Sparks Charity Day Treasure Trail is almost here!  We’ll be on Wandsworth Common to join in on all the fun this coming Sunday 28th from 9.30am.  See you in the dog-free zone in front of Skylark.  If you haven’t already booked the kids in then it’s quick and easy with lashings of feel-good factor as it’s a charity donation and grown-ups are free! (click here).  All that’s left to say is, please let this Indian summer continue…!…click here for more details

Walk London are running a series of free led walks this weekend, all around town.  If the ‘Ultimate’ 21.9 miler is too much for you (what!?), then perhaps ‘The Real West End’ or ‘London’s hidden alleyways and courtyards, from St Paul’s to Chancery Lane’ might be more up your street…click here for more details

The Great River Race will pass under our lovely bridges around lunchtime this Saturday.  Go along to see the river thronging with over 300 boats of all shapes and sizes, from longships to dragon boats and a replica Dover Bronze Age rope-strewn plank boat.  Sounds fab for all ages!…click here for more details

Baby Loves Disco returns to Clapham Junction this weekend to celebrate 10 years of parent and child joint-partying!  Dust off your dancing shoes and strut your stuff…  Extra fun for the little ones with the likes of face-painting, arts and crafts and play tents.  Nobody puts baby in the corner!…click here for more details
