Shilpi is a highly motivated yoga practitioner, who is influenced by her teachers, peers and her experience of practising yoga for over ten years. From her home studio Between the Commons and over Zooom on Sunday mornings, Shilpi brings uniqueness in her sessions through vinyasa (flow), pranayama and guided meditative focus, helping to energise the body and destress the mind. Choose from Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga; Stretch & Flow; Yang to Yin; and Hatha Yoga. Expect a blissful session rejuvenating both mind and body so you leave class feeling refreshed, energised and reunited.
