Known in the jewellery industry for their innovative approach to bespoke design, W&W Jewellery used their extensive connections to curate a collection of rare and unusual gemstones to showcase at their recent studio event.
Attended by clients and jewellery enthusiasts, the intimate gathering gave guests a chance to examine and discuss these extraordinary precious stones with both gemmologists and design experts.
Attendees sipped champagne and enjoyed canapés whilst perusing the collection, exploring the potential for incredible bespoke opportunities.
Amongst the gemstones showcased, guests were wowed by rare and beautiful black opals including exciting asymmetric cuts, a 5.5ct deeply saturated electric blue oval cut sapphire, a rare 4.5ct hot pink oval cut spinel, a 3.5ct cushion cut red–pink ruby and a collection of peach and mint coloured tourmalines, amongst others.
Richard Warrender of W&W Jewellery comments: “W&W is all about creating beautiful and unexpected jewellery for those with a desire to be distinctive. Our gemstone event gave fellow jewellery lovers a unique opportunity to discover a variety of rarely seen gemstones alongside expert knowledge and advice – exploring the possibilities of what could be. It was a privilege to play host to such a range of incredible gemstones and fascinating people.”
Harnessing their family’s 75 years of experience in the jewellery industry, brothers Richard and Simon Warrender, along with their team, have developed a reputation for crafting exquisite bespoke jewellery from the firm’s studio in Clapham.
