Our little area of South West London hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons on Friday when it was revealed that a 35-year-old YouTuber, riding an electric scooter, had been killed in an accident with a lorry on Queenstown Road (read more).

Most of us will have seen these scooters zipping around Central London and depending on whom you talk to, our current laws have yet to catch up with these modern modes of transport or they’re illegal to ride on our roads.
