Property Manager/PA

We are looking for someone to join a team of five at a small specialist property management company based in Wimbledon. We are a growing business with plenty of exciting opportunities for the right individual. We are not an estate agency.

The role is to manage properties on behalf of landlords, dot every 'i', cross every 't' and give a high level of service. Emails should be responded to same day, and files constantly updated. It is a varied position with many interesting refurbishment projects in the longer term; creating relationships is important and can be very rewarding with landlords, tenants and contractors. No day is the same as another, you will often be out of the office and must be able to work using your own initiative to solve both logistical and property related problems. Tricky situations can arise and the ability to work under pressure would help. Full support and ongoing property specific training is given from the start.

We would be interested in training the right person so previous experience in property is not vital, but it would be useful to have a PA/high level admin background. Part of the interview process will be checking attention to detail.

The right applicant will have the following:
  • Strong communication and administrative/organisational skills
    Outstanding attention to detail
Sense of pride in their work
    Interest in property
    IT competent
Eager to provide exceptional service to clients
    Be excellent at problem solving
    Full UK driving licence
Ability to work on their own without constant supervision
    Be based locally
Be able to start at 8.30am at least two mornings a week to meet contractors
You would have to really want THIS job rather than any other, be keen, enthusiastic and the right 'fit' - you can get out of it as much as you put in. Please quote ‘Woodman’ when responding to the advert.

Please include your salary expectation on your application.

Many thanks
