The dog free zone next to skylark cafe is the best place as it’s completely gated all the way around. It’s also near the tennis court toilets and parents can pop over for a takeaway coffee if they fancy. Pizza works well, or finger foods like nuggets and little sausages. The most covid friendly would be to have a little cardboard lunchbox per child with a sandwich or some nuggets, a drink, some fruit, etc. For my daughter we also did a cupcake cake (where all the cupcakes sit on a big tray together to make a specific shape) instead of normal cake so as to reduce the need for plates and cutlery.
