You could try St Mary's Church Hall in the village.

We went to a party in the pre-school (Fellowship House) and the space was huge. Garden Hall looks lovely but I believe it gets booked up really quickly.
We've also been to a party at St Saviours on Grand Drive in Raynes Park which was on a par. Also worth a look.
