Hi St James,

I can recommend Mentor Education.  They have nice local teachers on their books and tutor a lot of children round here. The acceptable face of tutoring.

Hi there,

Thank you for your message. I am a highly experienced private tutor and I would be more than happy to help your two children catch up to the UK schooling. I have carried out placements very similar to this previously and have a wealth of experience working with your children's age group. I pride myself on making lessons engaging and fun and tailoring them to my students' interests.

Please see my contact details below and do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss tuition. Please also feel free to look at my website (www.privatelanguagetutor.com) which details more of my experience working as a private tutor. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi
My son is 17 and currently in sixth form. He is an A star student and extremely good with children.
He enjoys tutoring and charges £20 per hour.
I am a secondary Maths teacher so would be able to supply him with curriculum details and useful resources, familiar as I am with English education.
His timetable is currently flexible and daytime sessions would be possible on some days. After school and holidays as well of course.
Please DM me nickyjblair42@gmail.com if this is something you'd like to try.
Nicky

Hello,

We have recently returned to the U.K. and are looking for a tutor, preferably private in home, to help our 6 & 8 children catch up to the U.K. schooling.
One has had to skip from year 2 straight to the end of year 3 and the other is waiting a few months until the spot is available so keen to have private tutoring 1-3x a week to help them with any areas they are struggling with. Does anyone have any suggestions/good experiences they’ve had with tutors? Keen for someone who makes learning fun and can help our very Steiner-suited 6 year old and perfectionist 8 yr old gain confidence in their new curriculum.
