The Token Yard Club in Putney do group as well as single PT. I have PT there and the results have been amazing. They cover nutrition as well so if you want to lose weight fast I definitely recommend them.

Let me know if you are interested - I was thinking if sometime on a tues or Thursday would work

Location could be Wandsworth common/spencer park or durnsford road recreation ground behind Wimbledon park primary.

Any takers let me know what day works and time.

Hi guys!

I have a post natal bootcamp starting in Wandsworth common on the 18th of January( tues ) at 10am.
There are a couple of women, max 6 minimum 2 in a class.
I am a specialised trainer and physical therapist that does small group training, specifically for mums.

Costs are between £ 6-8-10 depending on how many sessions u buy...
Would this be something u are interested in?

Hi
Thanks for the suggestion - looks good. I would prefer to go with a PT for flexibility of times, location, what you do in each class and will see if I can get a few people together.
Re costs it can prove really cheap - with 5 of us it would only be £9 each!

Sincerely, thank you for the suggestion - if I can't get a group together then fit for a princess it is.

Still looking for women who want to get fit - Wandsworth common, spencer park or durnsford road rec ground - possible locations

Let me know if interested

Hi, I've just joined Fit for a Princess and am very impressed so far - it works out much cheaper if you do that, and you get to do it with other people. I do the 09.30 ones on Mon, Weds and Fri and the maximum is around 10 people.

So instead of a PT, why don't you join a group already up and running?
