Hi,

we recently had studioR25 taking photos of our newborn daughter. We loved the pictures, they were absolutely amazing with our little one and they were not pricey at all!!! I could not recommend them high enough. This is their website:

www.studior25.co.uk

I hope this helps.

Joining this thread very late in the day (year!) but I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring..

I'm a child photographer based in Balham, and specialise in natural yet striking family portraits - taken in your own home and outdoors. I'm a mum myself and very experienced with little ones.

You can find out more here: http://louiserosephotography.com/babies-and-children

You can see testimonials from other families here: http://louiserosephotography.com/testimonials

And for good measure here are some recent press quotes!

"Adorable and dynamic shots.”
VOGUE

"A leading family photographer.”
NCT Greenwich magazine

I'm really late on this one, but if by any chance you are still looking for a photographer then please check out our site www.bubbleandbean.com. We take super atmospheric reportage shots and put them together in quirky films peppered with stop motion photography. If you think this sounds like your kind of thing then please get in touch.
Best,
Sophie

We had some photos taken of my daughter when she was a few months old by Damian Bailey and they are gorgeous photos. They were taken at home when she was tiny so I don't know what photos on the Common would be like. Though going by photos on his site I'm sure they would be beautiful. Damian is a really lovely man who really helped us all feel totally relaxed and comfortable. He was great with our baby too.

You could also try Abi Campbell Photography:

She took some photos recently of my friend's eight-year-old son and they were stunning!

Good luck!

One more recommendation for you - http://jonnymp.com/family-photography/

Jonny did a family shoot for us in Richmond park in the summer and the pictures are just gorgeous. We got over 120 superb shots on a CD at the end of it, and are now agonising over which ones to frame as they are all so good!

I can recommend Emma Myrtle. She is an excellent photographer and has a wonderful way with kids. They seem to always love her! She does a lot of outdoor shoots and a few years ago took some great shots of me in the park which I needed for work. Do have a look at her website www.emmamyrtle.com

Hello..

I am just getting into photography..

What i am doing at the moment, is providing a free session of an hour taking photos of the children doing free shots and afew still shots (if wanted)
Then going thru the photos with you there and then over a coffee, if u like the shots i have taken, u take the memory card to do as u please and you pay me a fee of £50, plus the price of memory card (which im unsure if, sorry)
if u don't like the pictures i will delate the photos and you are free to find another photographer without paying a penny..

My email address is mw031283@yahoo.co.uk if this seems of interest to anyone..

We've used Aga before. Beautiful photos at a very reasonable price. You a digital copy of all the photos so don't feel like you have to spend hundreds of pounds extra on top of the cost of the shoot, as with most photographers.
