Paul's Cancer Support Centre on York Road Battersea is always open to donations of any type! They are only partially funded by the NHS trust in Wandsworth, but support over 300 people a year (and their families) who are coping with cancer, from all over SW London and well beyond.

Any financial support is very gratefully recieved by them.

There used to be a coin machine in Sainsburys that would sort out all your coins. Is it still there I wonder? If so you could use that and give the resulting cash to one of Balham's charity shops.

Hi Balhamite, I run a charity called Street Pastors Kingston, we look after vulnerable people in Kingston from 10pm to 4am on Friday and Saturday nights, would really welcome your coins and can pick up if needed.

Any local charities want loose change/coppers/foreign coins

Hi

We are moving overseas and have accumulated a bag of loose change made up
Of mostly coppers, 5ps, 10ps and foreign (Eur and used) coins. I don't have time to take to the bank to sort out (or to spend it!) so just wondering if there are any local charities in Balham that I could drop it into. Not a huge amount of money but a few pounds I would imagine.

Thanks
