This week our lucky members got the freshest wild sea bass in London, caught and landed at about midday on Friday in Emsworth, in their bags by 3.30pm and (I'd imagine) on their plates by 8pm. The farmed version, often from Turkey, is a great deal cheaper but a wild fish trumps it for taste every time, particularly if, like ours, it's only a few hours out of the sea. This species will often cost you £20+ at fishmongers and farmers markets, our members pay about £15, which is a steal! Sign up and find out what you've been missing.

Ginger, chilli and spring onion with sea bass is always a winner.
