I'm a childminder and each childminder is different and sets their own rates as they are self employed and will need to decide what to include in the daily fee and how much they need to earn to make a margin of profit but also provide quality care/toys/outings/meals.

You could look on the Lambeth/Wandsworth Council family services section where most put their daily rates for you to see or ask potential carers what their rates are as you will find it will vary.

Usually around £7 or £8 per hour per child in Balham so would assume that Streatham would be the same. Some offer different rates depending on hours (ie more hours, cheaper rate).
